But on to the meal plan...it's a bit chicken heavy but there are many ways to cook it and it's healthy so oh well. It just sorta happened that way this time around. Many of these recipes come from Southern Living's 30 Years of Our Best Recipes cookbook so I have to type them out...but will hopefully follow up and link to them again from here!
- Friday (July 18) - Garlic Herb Pasta (on this blog with my notes)
- Saturday (July 19) - Eating dinner at a friend's house
- Sunday (July 20) - Indian Chicken Curry (This one will get no separate post because it turned out terrible - we'll try another recipe next time.)
- Monday (July 21) - Frozen pizza since Stefan is away
- Tuesday (July 22) - Chicken Pot Pie
- Wednesday (July 23) - Leftover pot pie while Stefan is out (but I'll be making meatloaf with the celery I bought for the above dish since I don't want it going to waste)
- Thursday (July 24) - Sweet & Sour Pork (or Chicken)
- Friday (July 25) - Dinner at a wedding party
- Saturday (July 26)
Lunch: Gourmet BLT's with cheddar slices (will post recipe when I find it again)
Dinner: Chicken Divan - Sunday (July 27) - Pasta Provencale
- Monday (July 28) - Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes & fried okra
- Tuesday (July 29) - Shrimp Fra Diavolo
- Wednesday (July 30) - Herbed Chicken Parmesan

- Saturday (Aug 2) LANTERN FEST!- Steaks on the grill, salad & fries
- Sunday (Aug 3) - Garlic Shrimp with French bread

boy are you daring! that list just scares me right outta the kitchen ;)
lol Yeah I have my insane moments. But I find having the list quite relaxing so even if I spend a couple hours cooking here and there, it's still enjoyable. And in the end totally work it when we're eating it!
